This Privacy Policy describes the policies of ScheduleLab, LLC, on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use our marketing website (including https://www.schedulelab.io) and our app ScheduleLab for Colleges (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy in the app, on the Service, and on our website, and we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Unless we say otherwise, those changes take effect 30 days after we post the revised policy, and your continued access or use of the Service after that time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

Information Collected
The following is a general outline of the data we currently collect, depending on whether you use our marketing website or our app(s).
Marketing website (including https://www.schedulelab.io)
- Requests to add a school: we may collect the school name, an optional acronym, and, if you choose, an email address so we can contact you if we add that school.
- Browsing the site, including public school metrics or similar content we display: we do not use that browsing to collect the same kind of personal information as in the app (for example, there is no “selected school” for you as a person on the site the way there is in the app). If we add site analytics, cookies, or similar technologies, we will update this policy to describe what is collected.
- We do not collect crash or application diagnostic reports through the marketing website.
In our app(s) (the ScheduleLab for Colleges application)
- Selected college(or similar): which college you select in the app, as needed to provide the app's features. This does not apply in the same way on the marketing site, where you are not “selecting” a school in the app.
- Stability and diagnostics: crash reports and similar technical information from the app to help us find and fix bugs. Collected in the app only—not from visitors to the marketing website.
How We Use Your Information
We will use the information that we collect about you for the following purposes:
- Supporting new colleges
- Bug resolution
- Support
If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only on receiving your consent and then, only for the purpose(s) for which you grant consent unless we are required to do otherwise by law.
Your Rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws. Do note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw the consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.
Security
The security of your information is important to us and we will use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration of your information under our control. However, given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
